Ventura Music Festival announces season
      Nuvi Mehta, artistic director for the Ventura Music Festival, announced the upcoming season for May 3 through 13, as well as a concert with Arturo Sandoval, a jazz master from Miami, on Feb. 17. The season features a mix of world music, jazz and classical musicians.

Agoura Hills Library hosts kids' story times
      The Agoura Hills Library will present story times for children through March 28. Preschool children ages 3 to 5 will have story time Tuesdays at 11 a.m. Toddler story time for children 1 to 3 years old is at 11 a.m. Wednesdays. Each session includes stories, music and crafts.
