Maria Quiles

Maria Quiles received the award as top selling agent for October 2006 at Prudential California Realty’s Oxnard/Channel Islands office. Born and raised in Buenaventura, Quiles has been a Ventura County resident for nearly 30 years.

She attended local schools and obtained her associates degree in business from Ventura College. She will earn her bachelor’s in business from Cal State Northridge. Her knowledge of community schools is a plus for clients seeking first-hand information about the county’s school districts.

Before becoming a real estate professional, Quiles worked in the mortgage industry. This professional experience enables her to handle the financial end of client transactions with knowledgeable expertise.
