City of Calabasas offers various programs The city of Calabasas Community Services Department offers the following programs. For more information, call (818) 880-6461 or visit the De Anza Park at 3701 Lost Hills Road. •Parent and child classes for parents and their children ages 1 to 3 years will be on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 to 9:45 a.m. and from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Classes start the week of Jan. 23 and run for 6 weeks. The fee is $65 per class. Themes include Underwater Adventure, The Hungry Caterpillar, Petite Painters and Dr. Seuss is on the Loose. •Caped Crusaders is a superhero workshop for children ages 3 to 7 from 4 to 4:45 p.m., Fridays, Jan. 26 to March 9. The fee is $112. The workshop encourages boys and girls to uncover a secret identity and become a superhero. |
