Retailers invite shoppers to a party
     FUN ON SATURDAY- The shop owners of Topanga Canyon, south of the boulevard, are hosting a block party from 5 to 8 p.m. Sat., Dec. 1. The owners will open their doors and provide music, food and raffles. Most shops will offer a 10 percent discount. The marketing event began last year as the idea of Lupe Mitchell at Creative Courage.
