Hogan receives award for animal care
      Ed Hogan, co-founder of the Hogan Family Foundation, was presented a 2007 Animal Action Award by the International Fund for Animal Welfare. The Hogans were recognized for their 15 Hands Horse Rescue Sanctuary and St. Francis Rangers program that operate from the foundation's 22-acre ranch in Hidden Valley.
