•First Private Bank & Trust announced the addition of William Keane IV as vice president of Wealth Management & Trust Services. Keane will work from the bank offices in both Santa Monica and Westlake Village.

Prior to his new position, Keane served as senior wealth Advisor for Union Bank of California. He is a graduate of USC and is currently enrolled in the MBA program at California Lutheran University.

•Principle Based Enterprises of Agoura Hills, a talent management solutions company and developer of the PBL Profile leadership assessment and PBeCoaching leadership development system, announced the appointment of Bart Thielen to the company's board of directors.

Thielen will also serve as treasurer of PBE and advise on intellectual property development, licensing and alliance contracts.
