Pat Helton

Pat Helton represented the Conejo Valley at the Coldwell Banker International Elite Retreat at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles, Aug. 16 to 18.

Chris Gardner, author of "The Pursuit of Happyness," was the keynote speaker. Helton had the opportunity to meet Gardner, and he gave her an autographed copy of his book. According to Helton, Gardner's presentation was "truly inspirational," conveying the message that persistence in following one's dream, despite adversity, pays off in the end. He also emphasized the importance of parents being responsible for their children.

Helton was honored at Coldwell Banker's International Elite Retreat. This is the 18th year she has obtained the International President's Elite award. She is the only Coldwell Banker agent in the Conejo Valley who has earned invitations to all 18 Elite Retreats. Only Coldwell Banker sales associates at the top sales levels internationally qualify to attend the retreat.

She is a certified residential specialist, a graduate of the Realtors Institute, an accredited buyer representative, a certified negotiator and a seniors real estate specialist.
