•The Washington D.C. trip parent information meeting scheduled on Oct. 24 at the Agoura Hills/Calabasas Community Center, has been changed to 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 8. The meeting scheduled at Lindero Canyon Middle School has been changed from Oct. 11 to Oct. 18. The trip is a non-school event, and Donald Zimring will oversee the trip as an individual and not as superintendent of the Las Virgenes Unified School District.

•The City of Westlake Village receives in taxes and revenues an average of $298 per residential dwelling unit, not per resident.

•The Cornell Preservation Organization hasn't filed a lawsuit to stop the Triangle Ranch development, but said they plan to. Existing homes, not those in the proposed development, are in the flood plain. CPO will seek a reduction in the total footprint of the project, which will be less than 51 homes.
