Susan Stone, a broker associate with White House Properties, has earned the privilege to add the title of Seniors Real Estate Specialists to her list of credentials.

By earning the SRES designation, Stone has demonstrated the knowledge and expertise necessary to counsel clients ages 55 and over through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing (including reverse mortgages) or selling their family homes. She has received training, receives updates from the SRES council and is prepared to offer the options and information needed to make lifechanging decisions

A veteran of the depressed market in the San Fernando Valley following the 1994 earthquake, Stone has experience in declining markets, including short pays and foreclosures.
