Here comes the bridal show spectacular
      The 24th annual Bridal Premiere, a day of bridal exhibits and fashion shows, will be held on Sun., Aug. 19 at the Hyatt Westlake Plaza, 880 S. Westlake Blvd., Westlake Village. Exhibit hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and fashion shows will be held at 12:30 and 3 p.m.

      Red Bull. Monster. Rockstar. Loads of energy drinks clutter the shelves of supermarkets and convenience stores, but only one bears the name of one of the most famed guitarists of all time. The Jimi Hendrix Liquid Experience, created by Calabasasbased Beverage Concepts LLC, is now on shelves competing with the rest of the caffeine-boosted drinks.

      World of Leather Furniture has announced that it was voted the No. 1 furniture store in Los Angeles after receiving the 2007 Winner Daily News Readers Choice Award.
