Lu Dog awards live on Web

Lu Dog Basketball Camp is presenting live webcasts of its closing ceremonies for the first time, allowing working parents to watch the award presentations.

If someone can't make it to the California Lutheran University campus in Thousand Oaks on Friday, they can see and hear the ceremony live by visiting the website www.kingsmenbasketball.com.

The live stream will allow viewers to see the video without downloading it. The awards will be presented from 2:30 to 3 p.m.

Kids ages 5 to 14 from Thousand Oaks, Agoura, Simi Valley, Moorpark and Camarillo have learned ball handling, passing and other basic skills during the first two sold-out sessions of the camp. The last session starts July 30, and Rider plans to live stream that ceremony as well.
