Joanne Nelson

Top listing agent honors for March 2007 went to Joanne Nelson at Prudential California Realty's Thousand Oaks Regional office. Nelson was recognized for her production in 2006 when she won the Prudential Chairman's Circle Gold award. This places her in the top 3 percent out of Prudential's network of more than 68,000 sales professionals.

Nelson is known as a Dos Vientos specialist. She has lived in the Conejo for nearly 30 years and in Newbury Park since 1978. She moved to Dos Vientos in 1999 when the development started. "Listing and selling these homes in the community that I live in and love is a pleasure," said Nelson. "There are so many wonderful people and so many wonderful homes.
