A resident of Dos Vientos, Bonfiglio has been in the local area for more than four decades. As a licensed broker since 2001 and an agent for nearly 20 years, Bonfiglio represents clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences, condos and townhomes within Dos Vientos Ranch, Newbury Park, the Conejo Valley, Oak Park, Agoura, Westlake Village, Simi Valley, Moorpark and Camarillo.

First-time homebuyers are a specialty of Bonfiglio's. He was an instructor at the School of Homebuying and has 10 years' experience as a first-time homebuyer lender.
