Hear reading of 'Glass Menagerie' in Malibu The Malibu Book Discussion Group will feature a live reading of selections from the play "The Glass Menagerie" by Tennessee Williams with a discussion to follow from 1 to 3 p.m. Wed., May 30 in the clubhouse of the Pt. Dume Mobile Home Park, 29500 W. Heathercliff Road, Malibu. The Malibu Book Discussion Group has been meeting weekly for more than 18 years. Anyone is welcome to join, and there is no admission or dues charged. The play reading will feature Andrew Fuller and David Reiter of Los Angeles, Bonnie Jean of Calabasas, Regina Mocey of Agoura Hills and Nancy Solomons of Thousand Oaks. The Malibu and Agoura Hills branches of the county of Los Angeles Public Library make copies of the plays available for actors and the reading group members to borrow. The Agoura Hills Library and the city of Calabasas Library provide rehearsal space for Readers Theater. The next play reading will feature "The Children's Hour" by Lillian Hellman at 1 p.m. Wed., July 18.
