Audio legend comes to Evolution

Audio industry guru Bob Carver, founder of Sunfire, will appear from 2 to 5 p.m. Sun., April 29 at Evolution Audio & Video, 5341 Derry Ave., Unit S, Agoura Hills.

Carver, often referred to as "The Wizard of Amp," will discuss and demonstrate his latest designs as well as sign Sunfire products brought in by their owners.

There will be a drawing for a grand door prize of Sunfire Cinema Ribbon loudspeakers, valued at $1,600, signed by Carver.

Carver created such brands as Phase Linear, Carver and Sunfire. Holder of 27 patents and many firsts, Carver's inventions include the magnetic field amplifier, sonic holography, highbackEMF technology and the tracking downconverter power supply.

Founded in 1994, Sunfire Corp. is a designer and manufacturer of high performance audio/ video components, home theater solutions and subwoofers for the specialty retail and custom installation markets.
