      A special education advocacy course will be offered from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sat., April 21, May 5 and May 19 at California Lutheran University, Humanities Building room 112. The course will help parents navigate the school system and regional centers and teaches how to create an individualized education program.

      The Triunfo YMCA will host a summer programs sign-up day and free carnival from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sat., April 14 at Willow Elementary School, 29026 Laro Drive, Agoura Hills.
