IRIS SMOOT/Acorn Newspapers MAN OF THE YEAR- Rick Lemmo, vice president of community relations for Caruso Affiliated, board member of three chambers of commerce, president of the Thousand Oaks Police Foundation and part of many other community organizations, was named Man of the Year for 2007 by the Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village Chamber of Commerce at the Chamber's 19th Hole gala, held at the Four Seasons in Westlake Village on Friday.
