SUMAC CELEBRATES--From left, Sumac Elementary School teacher Hilary Boss, Principal Karen Hansen, and teachers Rachel Mittleman and Tracie Madden get in the spirit for Dr. Seuss' birthday breakfast. The annual event raises funds for the student council, which uses proceeds to purchase a gift for the school and to contribute to a local charity. Last year the student council bought a wood podium for the school and gave funds to the Agoura Hills Library.
