Agoura Hills Office complex purchased for $22 million
      Village Corporate Center, a 109,000squarefoot office complex in Agoura Hills, sold for $22 million to a group of Westside Los Angeles investors, a real estate spokesperson said. TR Funding of the Conejo Valley sold the two-building office complex at 30077-30101 Agoura Court to The Klein Family Trust of Brentwood. Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services handled the transaction.

Agnew Tech to produce energy video
      Westlake Village-based Agnew Tech-II will produce the multilingual version of the California Alternate Rates for Energy video for Southern California Edison Co. Versions of the video will be Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and Cambodian. The CARE video is part of Southern California Edison's effort to reach its customers affected by the increasing cost of energy.

      Oak Park resident Andy Ludlum has been named program director of KFWB 980, a Los Angeles news radio station. Ludlum has been news director at KFWB for the past three years and served in other positions at the station since 1998.
