Groveman won't rest on his laurels

I have been a proud resident of Calabasas for almost six years. We are fortunate to live in a city known for quality education, safety and support of the environment. Our reputation and record could not exist without the accomplishments of Barry Groveman who is running a reelection campaign for City Council.

As co-founder of the Calabasas Education Fund, Mr. Groveman has helped secure critical funds for class size reduction, counselors and educational programs in our awardwinning schools. He has also worked to secure open space in our city and to ease traffic congestion by bringing back affordable, safe school buses.

We cannot rest on our laurels but need to support candidates such as Mr. Groveman who will continue to solve problems and keep our city among the best in the nation. Beth Kramer Calabasas
