Westlake Village springs a big leak

GIANT GUSHER- Above left, Dep. Mark Merino inspects the bare tire treads on a car that smashed into a fire hydrant at the corner of Agoura Road and Greengate Court in Westlake Village last week. No injuries were reported from the accident. Below left, the accident created quite a scene before the hydrant was finally capped off.
