BILL SPARKES/Acorn Newspapers TOWN CENTER- Construction moves ahead on the new $31million Calabasas Civic Center on Park Sorrento adjacent to The Commons. The complex will include the Calabasas City Hall, assembly room and library. The work by Bernards Bros. Inc. should be completed by June 2008.
