Bruno fallout

I have happily been a citizen of Westlake Village for almost 20 years. During that time I have been pleased with most of the work of the City Council, but now I am feeling bitter about the action taken against an outstanding council member, Jim Bruno.

Council members violated a 25-year-old practice of rotating the mayorship through all the members. Through this letter I want all of the council members to know that it is not too late to rescind their unacceptable behavior by having the current mayor resign and having the council nominate and elect Mr. Bruno as mayor.
