Christian women revisit good ole' days

The West Valley Christian Women's Connection invite guests to a lunch and program on "Life in the Valley 1880s style" at 11:30 a.m. Thurs., Jan. 18 at the Woodland Hills Holiday Inn, 21101 Ventura Blvd.

Angela Schwanz and Vivian Allen from the Leonis Adobe Museum will present "Life as it was During Early Valley Days."

Guest speaker is Loretta Hughes, a former business owner who will tell how she found strength and peace in times of loss.

Melisa Schackelford will provide music.
