Chamber marketing director ends 13-year term

Arlene Bernholtz, marketing director of the Calabasas Chamber of Commerce, has retired after 13 years of service.

Bernholtz directed Chamber membership development for over a decade and helped build the organization into one of the most successful business alliances in the region.

She plans to continue her numerous philanthropic, historical, cultural and community endeavors with the time retirement will allow.

"Arlene's greatest attributes are her boundless energy and love for and appreciation of others," said Carol Washburn, Chamber chief executive. "She works from the heart to provide opportunities for the people in new as well as established businesses to succeed in the Calabasas community."

Bernholtz will be honored for her years of service at the Chamber's Jan. 25 installation luncheon and awards ceremony at the Calabasas Country Club.
