New Year’s Eve at Native Cafe

Renee and Ron Lebow, owners of Native Cafe in Old Town Calabasas, have planned a special New Year’s Eve dinner at their Zagat Award winning restaurant, which specializes in California seasonal organic and Italian cuisine.

The evening will include a fivecourse menu, champagne, party favors and a DJ for music and dancing. The cost is $95 per person. Seating for the event dinner will

start at 9 p.m. The regular menu will be served for early seatings at 5, 5:30, 6, 6:30 and 7 p.m.

First course choices for the New Year’s Eve menu are jumbo shrimp with straw potatoes or veal ravioli. The second course offers classic Caesar salad or organic greens with lump crabmeat and mango dressing. Lobster bisque or asparagus soup make up the third course.

Fourth course offerings are New Zealand grass-fed lamb chops with pomegranate glaze, Chilean seabass with lobster sauce, filet mignon with cranberry balsamic demi-glace, veal

chop in a pear Burgundy sauce or prime rib with roasted garlic sauce. Dessert includes chocolate mousse cake with raspberry sauce or strawberry mascarpone cake.

Native Cafe is at 23536 Calabasas Road. Call (818) 223-9600 or visit www. nativecafecalabasas.com.
