Temple Beth Haverim hosts menorah lighting

Temple Beth Haverim of Agoura Hills will host the 10th annual menorah lighting at The Promenade in Thousand Oaks at 6:30 p.m. Mon., Dec. 18, the fourth night of Hanukkah.

The menorah will be lit by Westlake Village Mayor Susan McSweeney, Agoura Hills Mayor Denis Weber and Rick Lemmo, vice president of community relations for Caruso Holdings, as well as the president of Temple Beth Haverim, Dave Scherr.

The event will feature traditional kosher jelly doughnuts, the Third Grade Hanukkah Happening, the TBH Student Klezmer Band and songs from Cantor Kenny Ellis’ CD “Hanukkah Swings!” Children are welcome.
