True Yoga stretches out to new location

True Yoga will close its doors for one day only on Fri., March 24 to complete the move into a new space at the Courtyard building at 3625 Thousand Oaks Blvd., Ste. 322, Westlake Village

The studio will reopen for classes on Sat., March 25.

This new space will permit expanded class offerings and create more opportunities for residents to experience yoga, meditation, crystal bowl healing and other forms of holistic healing in a new and peaceful setting.

Expanded product offerings will include Ayurvedic herbs and supplies for health and natural balance.

The new facility will have two yoga practice rooms.

New classes include Yoga for Seniors, Teen Yoga, several new Level I/II classes, and lunch time classes at 1 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays and at noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Participants are invited to remain an additional 15 minutes or more after class to meditate, at no charge.

True Yoga will host a grand reopening party at 7 p.m. Sat., April 8. Guests will have the opportunity to win a free yoga class, pick up a free T-shirt, and sample vegetarian food prepared by Chef Mark Simon.

True Yoga has served the Conejo Valley community for four years by providing yoga classes for all levels seven days a week, as well as workshops in yoga, meditation, health and nutrition.

The studio offers a 200-hour teacher training course certification in compliance with the standards set by Yoga Alliance. There are also specialized classes for ages 6 to12 and prenatal yoga for mothers-to-be with Robin Gruver, ICCE.
