T.O. Neftin dealership wins service award

Volkswagen of America, Inc.’s Certified Pre-Owned Program has been named “best nonluxury certified pre-owned program” by Intellichoice. This is the third consecutive year that Volkswagen’s program has received this distinction.

Neftin Volkswagen in Thousand Oaks is a participating dealer in the program, which includes a two-year, 24,000-mile limited warranty. All cars in the program are under five years old, have fewer than 75,000 miles and must pass a 112-point inspection by a Volkswagen technician. In addition, 24-hour roadside assistance is included for two years.

The warranty on Volkswagen’s vehicles covers the engine, engine management system, transmission, steering system, electrical system, suspension, differentials, audio and alarm systems, anti-lock braking system, heating and air conditioning safety system and more.
