The Neal/Hoefflin Group

Prudential California Realty's Thousand Oaks Regional office recognized the Neal/Hoefflin Group as its top selling agents for September 2006. Team leader Kathi Neal, a Conejo Valley resident since 1984, began her real estate career in 1988. Having traveled extensively and relocated many times, Neal has special insight into the needs of corporate transferees and their families.

Her son, Rob Neal, attended local Conejo Valley

schools and graduated from Westlake High School in 1991. He went on to Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo where he earned his bachelor's degree in business marketing.

The third team member is Jennifer Hoefflin, Rob's wife, who has lived in the area since 1972. A 1991 graduate of Westlake High, Hoefflin earned her degree in human development from Cal State University Northridge. The team has more than 30 years combined experience.
