Stacy Richardson of Dilbeck Realtors and Christie's Great Estates have completed the sale of Sophia Loren and Carlo Ponti's ranch in Hidden Valley, Calif. The property consists of 38.5 acres with a main house, guest cottage and a pool house. The private grounds are laced with tropical bamboo plants, palms, ancient oak trees, a koi pond and horse facilities.

With great sentiment, the Ponti's said goodbye to this wonderful property, and hope the new owners treasure i t as much as they did. "It was an honor representing the Ponti family," said Stacy. "They are truly amazing people and were extremely accommodating throughout the entire transaction."

Dilbeck Realtors and Christie's Great Estates make a remarkable team. Stacy and Liz Fitzgerald of Christie's worked tirelessly to achieve this transition for the Ponti's. As an added benefit to the Ponti's, many of the family's personal treasures will be auctioned by Christie's Auction House in New York City in the spring of 2007.
