Fake snow, real joy

BILL SPARKES/Acorn Newspapers SNOW DAY--Madison Gaynor, 6, and her brother Timothy, 3, of Westlake Village enjoy sledding down a gentle slope at Gates Canyon Park in Calabasas. The city of Calabasas Community Services Department imported about 40 tons of artificial snow for kids to enjoy--and, if these smiles are any indication, enjoy it they did.
