Triunfo YMCA to sell Christmas trees

The Triunfo YMCA will sell Christmas trees from Dec. 1 through 23 at the lot on the southeast corner of Kanan and Agoura roads in Agoura Hills. Hours are 3 to 9 p.m. weekdays, and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekends.

Proceeds from the lot will help support teen programs and pro

vide financial aid to families who want to participate in YMCA activities.

YMCA volunteers and high school students from the YMCA Youth & Government program will sell the trees.

A "Giving Tree" will be on the lot for people to make donations toward the purchase of Christmas trees for needy families. These donations have enabled the YMCA to provide between 15 and 25 trees to families.
