The founding partners include Carrie Nebens who worked as executive vice president for On Assignment, a publicly-traded staffing company, for 13 years. She most recently worked with Robert Half.

Co-partner Jeffrey Evans was the president of On Staff and part of the executive management team for Hall Kenyon, which was acquired by K-Force.

"Equis is committed to provide you a relationship that you can count on and trust," said company managers. "Our wideranging experience allows us to pinpoint what our candidates and clients are looking for in the placement process."

Equis represents several companies in the Conejo and San Fernando valleys.
