STEP BACK IN TIME-Carolers decked out in old-time finery will be on hand as the Leonis Adobe Museum in Calabasas celebrates the season. The Leonis Adobe Museum will host a 19thcentury California holiday party from 2 to 5 p.m. Sat., Dec. 2 at 23537 Calabasas Road in Old Town Calabasas. The public is invited to this free event.

There will be a lighting ceremony, caroling, Santa, seasonal activities and refreshments. The museum, including the animals, will be decorated for the holidays.

The historic Leonis Adobe home will reproduce a rustic rancho celebration on the frontier, and the Plummer House will show how an upper-middle class family celebrated in 1880s Hollywood, the home's original location. A traditional Victorian holiday table will be on display in the Plummer House library.

During the event museum guests will receive a 20 percent discount on all decorations and gift items in the museum store.
