Wellness Community to sponsor holiday gift boutique, home tour

Crafts, jewelry, art and antiques to be sold by more than 20 vendors

The Wellness Community Valley/Ventura's annual holiday gift boutique will be held in conjunction with its 15th anniversary Holiday Homes Tour. The boutique is scheduled from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sat. and Sun., Dec. 2 and 3 at Willow Elementary School, 29026 Laro Drive, Agoura Hills.

More than 20 vendors will participate in the boutique. Items offered will include hand-knitted baby blankets and sweaters made by the Wellness Community's Knotty Knitters group, lapis and opal custom-designed jewelry by local artisans, geodes and fine display stones, sculpted animal figurines and garden art fashioned by area metal sculptors, antiques, picture frames crafted from antique glazed ceramic tiles, designer pillows, beaded handbags, cashmere scarves, T-shirts, pants, jackets and more.

Twenty percent of all boutique sales go to the Wellness Community and 100 percent of the sales from the knitting group's contributions will fund free programs of support, education and hope for people fighting cancer and for their friends and families

The holiday boutique is free of charge and open to all.

Shoppers can purchase Holiday Homes Tour tickets on site for $25, visit four Conejo Valley homes decorated for the season, and return to Willow Elementary for more purchases. Breakfast and lunch will be available from

the D'Amore's Pizza van. Tour participants can turn in their ticket stubs at the boutique to see if they are one of the winners of a $100 cash prize to be awarded on site.
