Local moms will donate to charity

The West Valley Chapter of Mothers and More hosted a wine and cheese reception at the offices of Dr. Suzanne P. Berger dentistry for children in Agoura Hills, where a check was presented to Janet Lavender, executive director of Dress for Success Los Angeles.

In October, the chapter held a fundraising luncheon to support Dress for Success Los Angeles, an international nonprofit organization designed to help disadvantaged women by providing professional attire and a network of support and career development tools.

Mothers and More is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of mothers through support, education and advocacy.
