Centex Homes Ranked Highest In Customer Satisfaction

Centex Homes in Los Angeles/Ventura ranks highest in customer satisfaction among local home builders, according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2006 New-Home Builder Customer Satisfaction

Study. Centex Homes in Los Angeles/Ventura is one of 13 markets where the company received the highest ranking in the nationally syndicated study.

The study measures the satisfaction levels of buyers

of newly constructed single-family homes who provided feedback to J.D. Power and Associates after living in their homes from four to 18 months. This is Centex Homes' first year being ranked highest in customer satisfaction by Los A n g e l e s / Ve n t u r a homeowners.

J.D. Power and Associates surveyed newhome owners in 34 U.S. markets who closed on their homes in calendar year 2005.

Centex's highest ranking in 13 national markets this year was an increase from 10 markets in 2005. Centex also ranked aboveaverage and earned 15 "top

five" rankings in 13 additional markets. This is the company's fifth consecutive year to be ranked highest in customer satisfaction in one or more markets by America's new homeowners.
