At the 'fore'-front of medical research

WHOLE LOTTA HEART-The fourth annual Galpin Motors Classic Golf Tournament, which benefits the Heart Foundation, took place at Sherwood Country Club on Tues., Oct. 3. On hand to enjoy the festivities were, from left, Kishore Shah, foundation chairman Mark Litman, Bert and Jane Boeckmann of Galpin Motors, Dr. PK Shah and Irving Feintech. Proceeds help support Shah's research at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where he is developing a vaccine for heart disease. The foundation was established in memory of Steven S. Cohen who died of sudden cardiac arrest at the age of 35.
