Tennis Classes

+Tennis classes begin this week and run for six weeks. All classes will be at Agoura High School. Youth tennis for ages 6-10 has openings for begin- ning and advanced beginning classes for $48.

Teen tennis for ages 11-16 has openings for beginning, ad- vanced beginning, and interme- diate classes for $48.

Adult classes for 17 and older have openings for begin- ning, advanced beginning, and intermediate classes for $54.

+Come join in the fun as the Agoura Hills Senior Center takes a trip to "Pirates Dinner Adventure Show."

Enjoy a two-hour show, an appetizer buffet, plus choice of Treasure's chicken, garlic shrimp and scallops, or Bucca- neer beef. Along with your entrée you will have salad, Walk-the-Plank mixed veg- etables, choice of roasted pota- toes or West Indies rice, Prin- cess Anita's dessert and complementary refreshments.

The trip will take place on Wed., Oct. 11. The bus leaves Agoura Hills Recreation Cen- ter at 9:30 a.m. and returns at 5:30 p.m. The cost is $48, which includes admission and meal.

Space is limited.

To participate in any senior activities you must be a regis- tered member of the Agoura Hills Senior Center, which costs $12 for the calendar year and entitles you to enroll in any and all classes, activities, special events, and excursions offered by the Senior Recreation Center.

+The cities of Agoura Hills, Westlake Village and the Las Vir- genes Unified School District have announced the fall perfor- mance of the Community Con- cert and Jazz Band.

The fall concert is scheduled for 5 p.m. Sun., Nov. 19 at Wil- low Elementary School in Agoura Hills. The band rehearses on Tuesday nights in the Agoura High School band room.
