     The annual Valley Artists Studio Tour, scheduled from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sat. and Sun., Oct. 14 and 15, will showcase the art- works of 45 fine artists working in a variety of media. The event is sponsored by the San Fernando Valley Arts Council.
