Kaiser kicks off events

Kaiser Permanente sponsors a bereavement support group that meets every Thursday from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in Cafeteria Classrooms 1 and 2 at the Woodland Hills Medical Center, 5601 De Soto Ave., Woodland Hills. There is no fee and the group is open to the community. Trained volun- teers provided by the Kaiser's hospice department lead the group. For in- formation, call (818) 375-3528.

Kaiser will host blood drives from Mon. through Fri., Oct. 2 to 6 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Woodland Hills medical offices and again on Tues., Oct. 24 from noon to 4 p.m. at the Erwin Street medical offices, 21263 Erwin St., Woodland Hills. For information, call (818) 719-2397.
