United Methodists to honor lay staff worker
Church will celebrate Worldwide Communion Sunday
Nancy Moravec, director of Christian life at the United Meth- odist Church of Westlake Village, will be recognized for her 25-year commitment to ministry at the church during the 9 and 10:30 a.m. services Sun., Oct. 1. The Covenant Ring- ers and Footprints will provide music at both services. The day also marks Worldwide Communion Sunday. The Rev. Gary Alan Dickey's message will be "A Table Big Enough for the World." Sunday School classes for all ages will meet at 9 a.m. Childcare will be available at the 9 and 10:30 a.m. ser- vices.
