School earns accreditation

EXTRA CREDIT-From left, Temple Beth Haverim Rabbi Gershon Weissman, Temple President David Scherr, Dr. Gil Graff, executive director of the Bureau of Jewish Education and Nili Ziv, the temple's director of education, celebrate the school's accreditation. Temple Beth Haverim has been awarded the "gold stan- dard," the highest level of reli- gious school accreditation from the Bureau of Jewish Education of Greater Los Angeles. Special recognition was given to Direc- tor of Education Nili Ziv and the entire temple teaching staff.
