Westlake bank names new loan officer

Dan Givens Gilmore Bank has hired a commercial loan veteran, Dan Givens, to be in charge of lend- ing activities at the bank's new Westlake Village office.

Givens has 27 years of com- mercial, SBA and real estate lend- ing experience, having managed commercial operations for sev- eral Washington state banks, in- cluding Prime Pacific Bank in Kenmore, Pacific Northwest Bank in Seattle and most recently, Frontier Bank in Kirkland, where he served as vice president and branch manager.

An institution in downtown Los Angeles for more than 50 years, Gilmore Bank recently opened its Westlake office to serve the growing commercial loan demand in Conejo Valley, Thousand Oaks and Agoura Hills.

Located at 4035 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., this is Gilmore's first venture outside its historic loca- tion next to the L.A. Farmers' Market, land originally owned and developed by the Gilmore family.
