Local celebrates bar mitzvah Zack Winters was called to the Torah as a bar mitzvah of The Center for Early Jewish Education in Thousand Oaks on Aug. 19 in a service celebrated at the Renaissance Hotel in Agoura Hills. Zack is the son of Marla and Ken Winters of Westlake Village and an eight-grader at Colina Middle School in Thousand Oaks. |
