Jocelyn Hotzler

In June, Prudential California Realty's technology manager, Jocelyn Hotzler, successfully passed two Microsoft exams, becoming a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician and Microsoft Certified Professional.

In order to achieve certification, Hotzler had to pass two tests. The first was "Supporting Users and Troubleshooting Desktop Applications on a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System," and the second "Supporting Users and Troubleshooting a Microsoft Windows XP Operating System."

According to Microsoft, "The Microsoft credentials are for professionals who have the skills to successfully implement a Microsoft product or technology as part of a business solution in an organization."

The IT and business communities widely recognize the certifications as proof of expertise in these areas. Prudential California Realty's owner/broker, Bob Majorino, extends his personal congratulations to Hotzler regarding her significant achievement.
