     The California Association of Collectors Educational Scholarship Foundation hosted its inaugural scholarship ceremony on Aug. 10 at the Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley. Oak Park High School graduate Renee Heyman received the second place prize of $2,000 in the contest.
