Story drags on

Now that the Calabasas antismoking ordinance has been in force for some time, I think there should be an article on its effects.

Many questions come to mind: Has the ordinance been successful, is Calabasas' air in fact cleaner? How has it been enforced? Has there been any consequences of its enforcement? Has the city lost or gained business due to it? Randy Kahn Calabasas
