Women's Equality Day commemorates the day in 1920 when women in the U.S. were granted the right to vote.

"Write for Your Rights" is an opportunity for pro-choice supporters to network and engage in a massive effort to advocate for reproductive freedom.

Admission is free. The event will also feature: "Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness," a short film on choice, sprinkled with comic relief.

The Ventura County Reproductive Rights Network was formed as a countywide umbrella of organizations and individuals to advocate for reproductive rights, educate the community about issues affecting reproductive rights and share information regarding issues of reproductive freedom and human sexuality facing the community.
